My family has all purchased a car from Phillipsburg~ Easton Honda, circa 2010. They received such an incredible reception and an impeccable service experience from David. At present, I\'m in the process of cleaning & discarding some old paperwork that was stored in my basement. Much to my chagrin, I found a letter. A letter that was written to the attention of a Mr. Vince. I\'d somehow managed to file it before sending it. It was a rough draft to be re-written and mailed. It chronicled their good fortune. I\'m near the computer, so I sending it post haste, before the later happens again. So without further ado. Dave, this letter was/is for you. Philipsburg Easton Honda 400 Route 519 Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 Dear Mr. Vince, I do hope that this letter arrives to you in good health and harmony. My reason for writing is a good one. Sometimes people do wonderful things for others and it goes unnoticed, but not this time. DAVID ISKOS YOU ARE FABULOUS! My sister just had a remarkable experience at your dealership. She will not, I repeat, will not stop talking about Mr. Iskos. He made such an impression an her. She visited me post dealership departure,Tiara was so happy with the car, she continued driving. I failed to see it. Francine was visibly tearful speaking of the service that Mr. Iskos provided her. After hearing the story several times, It is safe to say that he went above and beyond the call of duty. They were late and he showed no disdain for their traffic woes. He was still, very accommodating, welcoming, and courteous. He stayed late to complete the transaction. The car was to be delivered the next day, so they stayed at a friends house in the area. (They drove from Maryland to meet \"the reputable, Your Highness\") and I\'m over an hour away. Although this was his day off, and he returned to continue assisting them. The next day, he never faltered. This man even drove with them to make sure they entered Rt. 78 safely! How\'s that for service! So you can only imagine her amazement, coupled with appreciation. I\'ll go a step further to say that this man actually levitated, according to her. Welcome to the Twilight Zone! I say this not to impress you, I say this because it impresses me. This is exactly the way service should be done, like the service of yesteryear. This man is a class act, a true officer and a gentleman. He should have a diadem placed on his head, for he is truly customer service royalty! ~~\'When only the best will do\"! ~REAL MAN ~ REAL PRODUCT~ REAL SERVICE Kudos to you, David That\'s my story. This brightened my day to find this; but saddened me to the point of a tragic, that I failed to mail it. Francine will still download the David file for review.
